Pick: Houston

* Astros are 4-2 against the Cubs this season, with the last three wins coming at Wrigley.
* Zambrano is horrendous against Right handed batters; the Astros having the most AB's in the league as Right.
* Righties are hitting .187 against Norris; Cubs are also righty heavy. Also, Norris has strong "Day" numbers.
* Great value with Astros as a +140 dog.

Atlanta @ Cincinnati
Pick: Atlanta

* Jurrjens, one of the best pitchers, facing a righty heavy lineup; Jurrjens has sick numbers vs. righties.
* Jurrjens has sick numbers as the "Away" pitcher and "Night" games.
* Bronson Arroyo has been horrendous with a +8 ERA in the past 3 starts and has allowed at least 4 runs in this past 4 outings.
* The clearcut favorite Braves have great value against the Reds in this pitching matchup.

Mets @ Florida
Pick: Mets
* Volstad has a 9.69 ERA in his past 3 starts, and is pitching a 7.28 ERA against lefties; the Mets are lefty heavy and hitting .280 as left.
* Does not get better for Volstad as his ERA at night is 6.26.
* The Mets are 27-23 Away while the Marlins are 22-31 at home (and coming off a sweep by the Padres at home)
* The Mets are 2-3 against the Marlins this year but are 2-1 in Florida, outscoring them 17-12.

* Seattle is absolutely horrible against lefty pitchers, compounded by the fact they are hitting ~.200 in July and in Day games.
* Toronto one of the best hitting teams in July.

Milwaukee @ Arizona

* Kennedy is favored against right-handed batters: MIL is righty heavy, with one full-time lefty in Prince Fielder.
* Greinke is absolutely horrible against lefties, which should play into the Dbacks' advantage.
* In addition, Greinke's ERA away from home is above 6.00.

* C.C. Sabathia is killer on the road with a 2.21 ERA and in July with a 0.38 ERA.
* Lefties against C.C. are hitting .187 with a WHIP of 0.88; Tampa has 61% left handed AB's compared to just 39% right handed.
* Shields has dropped his last three games.
