MLB Picks: July 21

Seattle @ Toronto
Pick: Toronto

* Seattle has lost 11 in a row.
* Ricky Romero is a strong lefty pitcher, with 24 runs allowed in his past 12 starts.
* Seattle is absolutely horrible against lefty pitchers, compounded by the fact they are hitting ~.200 in July and in Day games.
* Toronto one of the best hitting teams in July.

Milwaukee @ Arizona
Pick: Arizona

* Kennedy is favored against right-handed batters: MIL is righty heavy, with one full-time lefty in Prince Fielder.
* Greinke is absolutely horrible against lefties, which should play into the Dbacks' advantage.
* In addition, Greinke's ERA away from home is above 6.00.

Record to date: 3-2

EDIT:

New York @ Tampa Bay
Pick: New York
* C.C. Sabathia is killer on the road with a 2.21 ERA and in July with a 0.38 ERA.
* Lefties against C.C. are hitting .187 with a WHIP of 0.88; Tampa has 61% left handed AB's compared to just 39% right handed.
* Shields has dropped his last three games.
